Delice de Bourgogne

oil on wood, 10x10"

Delice de Bourgogne, original artwork by Mike Geno

Delice de Bourgogne is a triple cream made by Lincet, a large dairy in France's Burgundy region, This rich cow's milk cheese is lush and fluffy due to it having about 45 percent fat, so it's heaven on the tongue. It has the most subtle taste of fresh milk and a hint of vanilla almost, according to tastebuds of Madame Fromage. It makes my head spin.

If you have no impulse control, consider yourself warned. You'd best stay away from this.
