This is a new blue I found at Di Bruno Bros. from master cheese affineur Rodolphe Le Meunier. This blue is basically a "Blue d' Auvergne" but this was soaked in Ginja DÓbidos, an intense cherry liqueur from Portugal and cherries are smashed into the rind.

It's an incredibly rich blue cheese with a wonderfully fruity, boozy finish that makes it a special occasion. I'm totally in love with this blue!
