Chef Chad Todd, of Sulimays created the Bick Mick as part of his beloved "Burger Night" which I've been a huge fan of since it started a few years ago. He uses the most incredible fresh ground beef from Gauker Farms, in Berks County, outside of Philadelphia. He places the two all beef patties, special "comeback" sauce, lettuce, cheese, house made pickles on top of a sweet potato bun, locally made by Merzbacher's Bakery. It's pure bliss on buns.
